1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility ScrumPulse is owned and operated by Veventii LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 312 W 2nd St Ste A3759, Casper, WY 82601, USA. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Provided "AS-IS" with No Warranties

ScrumPulse is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

ScrumPulse utilizes third-party public MQTT signaling brokers (broker.emqx.io and broker.hivemq.com). We do not own or manage these third-party brokers and assume no liability for their uptime or operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using ScrumPulse, you agree that Veventii LLC and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed fifty United States Dollars ($50.00 USD).

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
